  1. اولا نأخذ قدر نضع فيه قطع اللحم والبصل واللفتة المفرومة والحمص والزبدة والزيت والملح والفلفل اسود والزنجبيل وعود القرفة ونغلق عليه ونتركه يتقلي جيداً حتى يذبال البصل واللفت ثم نمرق بالماء الساخن ونتركه يطهى.
  2. ثم نأخذ الرشتة ونحلوها كامل وندهنها بالزيت ثم نفوروها على القدر لما تغلي ثم بعدما تفور نحطوها في صحفة او جفنة ونحط عليها ملعقة كبيرة ملح ونشمخها ب حوالي نصف لتر من الماء ونقلبها غير بشوية باش تتشرب الماء.
  3. ثم نردوها تفور للمرة الثانية وبعدها نشربها ثلاث غرارف من المرق وملعقتين صغار ماء الزهر تزيدها بنة مملوءيين ونقلبها برفق ونخلوها تتشرب وفي الاخير نفوروها وندهنها بملعقتين من الزبدة ونغطيها لوقت التقديم.
  4. اما المرق اذا كان اللحم دخلو طياب نشوفوه بالسكين نحط اللفت وبعد مدة نحط الكوسة ونخلوهم يكملو طياب مع اللحم وفي الاخير نقدم الرشتة مزينة بالخضار والحمص واللحمة في الوسط ونرش عليها قرفة مرحية وبصحتكم.
  5. كنصيحة فقط لما تفور الرشتة نغطيها ونتركها تفور حوالي عشرة دقائق باش يطيب (يستوي) العجين مليح.
