  16. {Take 2 of صفار بيض.
  17. {Take قطرات of من القهوة.
  18. {Prepare of جلجلان (سمسم) او سمسم.

Instructions to make الكعك:

  1. اولا نخلط الماء وخميرة الخبز ثم نضيف ملعقتان سكر وملعقتان فرينة و نتركها تتفاعل من جهة اخرى نخلط الزيت و بياض بيض وبودرة الحليب و السكر المتبقي ومنسمات الكعك ثم نسكب خليط الخميرة المتفاعل.
  2. ثم نضيف خميرة الحلويات والفرينة او الطحين حتى تتحصلي على عجينة طرية تلتصق ندلكها 5 دقائق ثم نتركها تختمر بعد ذلك نكسر الخمور اي نطرب العجينة مرة اخرى ونتركها تختمر للمرة الثانية.
  3. بعد ذلك نقسم العجينة لكرات حسب الرغبة ثم نشكل كل كرة حربوش ونقص اطراف الحربوش بالمقص.
  4. ثم نشكلها دائرة ونغلقها بإحكام ثم نضعها في صينية الفرن ونتركها تختمر قليلا في هذه الاثناء نسخن الفرن بعد ذلك نخلط صفار البيض مع قطرات من القهوة وندهن بها الكعك ثم نرشها بالجلجلان.
  5. وندخلها الفرن على درجة متوسطة ملاحظة(كي ينجح الكعك العجينة تكون طرية وتعطيها حقها في التخمار واذا كان الجو بارد نعملو 2 ملاعق كبار خميرة الخبز) وبالصحة والراحة.
