  2. {Make ready قطع of دجاج حسب عدد الأفراد.

Steps to make الرشتة:

  1. ننظف اللفت و القرعة و نقطعها طوليا ونتركها جانبا..
  2. في قدر نضع قطع الدجاج مع البصل المقطع أو المفروم، الملح و الفلفل الاسود، القرفة، السمن والزيت ونقلي الكل جيدا،ثم نضيف اللفت ونمرق بالماء الساخن ونترك الكل ينضج..
  3. في منتصف مدة الطهي نضيف حبة القرعة (او اكثر حسب الرغبة)و نترك الكل يكمل النضج. في الاخير نضيف الحمص (ان لم يكن ناضجا نضعه في الاول).
  4. نفتح الرشتة جيدا نضيف لها القليل من الزيت ونخلطها ونفورها للمرة الأولى..
  5. بعد أن تفور الرشتة ننزعها من النار،نضيف لها الملح و مقدار من الماء حسب نوعية الرشتة ونخلطها، نتركها تتشرب الماء ثم نفورها للمرة الثانية. بعد أن تنضج نفرغها في الجفنة ونضيف لها المارغارين، نتركها تذوب ثم نخلطها جيدا..
  6. نسقي الرشتة بالمرق ونقدمها مع الدجاج والخضر مع إضافة القليل من القرفة المرحية من فوق. بالصحة والهناء..
