- بعد نضوج تورتة نتركها ترتاح بضع ساعات ثم نقيمها على اثنين ونسقيها بشربات محاضرة من خليط السكر وماء ثم نضيف كريم شانتيه مصاف إليها ملعقتين من صوص كراميل محضرة ونبسطها فوق تورتة ونضع نصف ثاني من حلوة نسقيها بشربات ايضا.
- نبسط فوقها ومن جوانب كريم شانتيه نضع في جوانب جوز هند مع كاكاو ثم نضع صوص كراميل فوق كريم شانتيه.
- وتزبن يبقى اختياري انا كتبت بشوكولا بيضاء وشهية طيبة.
