- بالنسبه للعجينه نخلط السميد مع الزبده الدائبه و ماء الزهر نتركها 5 دقائق تتشرب الزبده ثم نكمل بالماء لنتحصل على عجينه نبصطها في صينيه الفرن طبعا الفرن يكون مسخن بدرجه حراره عاليه ندخل الصينيه و نتركها تطهى على نار هادئه 180 درجه.
- الشاربات نخلط جميع المكونات في اناء و نتركه يغلي لمده 20 دقيقه و نتركه يبرد.
- فورا عند إخراج الصينيه من الفرن نسقيها بالشاربات البارد و نزين بالمكسرات.
