  1. لعمل الطبقه الاولى نخلط البسكوت المطحون مع الزبده (بصينيه متحركه القاعده ندهنها بالزبده ثم نفرش القاعده بورق الزبده بحيث تكون اطرافه خارج الصينيه) نوزع البسكوت مع الضغط لتتكون طبقه متماسكه.
  2. لعمل الطبقه الثانيه بالخلاط نخلط الجبن اولا ثم نضيف السكر البيض بالتدريج ثم الجزر المهروس (يسلق الجزر حتى ينضج ثم يرفع ويهرس ويعصر لازاله السائل) والفانيلا والكريمه السائله والحامضه (ممكن استعمال الزبادي او اللبنه) والطحين ثم توزع على طبقه البسكوت وتساوى.
  3. نغلف الصينيه من الاسفل بالفويل ثم تخبز بحمام مائي لمده ٦٠/٧٥دقيقه بحراره ١٨٠ درجه تترك بعدها بالفرن ساعه والفرن مطفي وبابه مفتوح ثم تبرد.
  4. لعمل الصلصه نضع السكر الجزر بالكسروله ونتركه على النار بدون تقليب حتى يذوب السكر ثم نضيف عصير الليمون والماء ونقلب حتى يغلظ ثم يرفع ويبرد.
  5. لعمل الكريمه بالخلاط نضع كل المقادير ونخلط (الجبن والزبده والسكر والكريمه) حتى تغلظ ،، نضع صلصه الجزر على التشيز كيك بالوسط ثم نزينها بالكريمه وقطع الجزر حسب الرغبه تبرد ثم تقدم بالعافيه.
