  3. بعدما ينضج الدجاج ونخرجه من القدر ونضع عليه ملح وبهار بابريكا ويحمر بالفرن.
  4. نصفي مرق الدجاج من البهارات الصحيحة ونضع كمية مناسبة من المرق على الملوخية لأنه اذا تم وضع كمية كبيرة من المرق ستصبح سائلة وتفقد قوامها، ثم نضع مكعب ماجي.
  5. نقشر الثوم ونفرمه ناعم ونقلبه بالسمن والزيت حتى يصبح ذهبي اللون ونضع عليه نصف ملعقة صغيرة كزبرة ناشفة ونضعه على ملوخية ونترك الملوخية تغلي لمدة دقيقتين ثم نرفع الملوخية عن النار ، لا نترك الملوخية تغلي على النار فترة طويلة حتى تحافظ على لونها الأخضر.
  6. للتقديم نزين الأرز بالمكسرات.
