- بعد ما تنضج كيك نخليها تبرد تمام نقسمها إلى ثلاث طبقات ونحضر سيرو كأس سكر مع 2 كؤوس ماء نحطها على النار نحسب 10 دقائق بعد مايغلي ونطفي عليه ونخليه يبرد.
- نطلع كأس كريم شانتيه مع كأس ماء بارد جداً نبدأ ونضعها فثلاجه تتماسك.
- نحضر قاناج شوكولاته 100g شوكولاته نذوبوها ونضيفلها القليل من كريم فريش ونخلطها جيداً ونتركو برد.
