  9. نقلي الدجاج في زيت غزير.
  10. نضع قطع الدجاج في تبسي الفرن البايركس ونرصها في كامل التبسي.
  11. ناخذ بالملعقة خليط الزهرة والملفوف ونغطي فيها الدجاج.
  12. نضع قليل من مرقك الخضار في التبسي وندخلها الفرن.
  13. نفتح الفرن من اسفل حتى تتسبك ما نحتاج نفتح الفرن من فوق.
  14. تقدم مع سلطة الطحينة.
  15. تقدم مع الرز الابيض او العيش.
  16. الف صحة وعافية عليكم ولا تنسوني من دعاكم.
  17. مدة التحضير ساعة ونص.
  18. صوص الصويا.
  19. قطع الدجاج بدون اي اضافة عدا الدقيق.
