- نسخن المقلاة الخاصه بالكريب وحط بالغراف او la louche من بعد نحرك يدي حركه دائريه بنيه نمشي المزيج فوق سطح المقلات لازم تكون طبقه رقيقه هنا ملاحظه فقط للناس اللي يحبوهم رقاق بزاف يعملو 450غ فرينه لللتر حليب اما اللي يحبوهم عادي ماشي خشان ماشي رقاق يديرو500غ للتر حليب ونقلبو الحبه من ااجهة الاخرى حتى تأخذ لون.

- قررنا نزينوهم او نحشوهم بشوكولاطه الطلاء ودوائر الموز رشيناهم بالقوفريط مفتت يعطي قرمشه لما نأكلوهم.
