2. هنغسل الرز وفي حلة هنحمر الشعيرية وبعدين ننزل عليه بالعدس إلى سلقناه نص سلقة نشوحه مع الشعيرية وبعدين ننزل الرز ونقلبه مع الشعيرية والعدس كويس وننزل عليه بالماء ونسيبه يتشرب لحد ما يستوي.
3. هنلسق المعكرونة بالطريقة العادية ونحط عليها شوية زيت عشان تلمع وما تعجنش.
4. على النار هنحط شوية زيت وونزل بالثوم يتشوح وبعدين نحط الصلصة ونحط ماء والبهارات أما تتسبك نحط الخل ونقفل عليها.
5. نحضر الدقة هنحط كل المكونات على بعض ونسيبها على جنب.
6. هنقطع بصلة حلقات نرش عليها شوية ملح تجيب مايتها وبعدين نصفيها وننشفها في طبق هنحط شوية دقيق على نشا ونبدرها وفي زيت سخن نحمرها.
7. هنحضر طبق الكشري هنغرف الرز بالعدس بعدين المعكرونة وبعدين شوية صلصلة وعلى الوجه البصلة.
8. في بولة نحط الدقة وبولة ثاني الصلصة. وبالهنا والشفا.
