- نقطع كرمب (ملفوف) الى قطع صغيرة و نديرها تفور.
- نحضر العجينة ندير كاس الماء و ملعقة كبيرة خميرة خبز و نصف ملعقة صغيرة سكر و نخلطهم و نخليهم مدة 10 دقائق ومن بعد نضيف حبة بيض و2 ملاعق زيت والملح ونلم بالفرينة حتى نتحصل على عجينة طرية نخليها تختمر.
- بعد ما يطيب (يستوي) الدجاج نحيه من الصلصة و تقطعه الى قطع صغيرة و نخلطه مع الكرمب بعد ما يكون طاب ونضيف له شوية ملح وفلفل اسود وبياض حبة بيض و2 ملاعق من الصلصة نخليه يطيب.
- بعد ما تختمر العجينة و يطيب (يستوي) الحشو نقوم بفتح العجينة و نضع طبقة اولى في مول ثم نضع الحشو ثم نضيف طبقة ثانية من العجينة و ندهنها من فوق بصفار حبة بيض و تدخلها للفرن و شهية طيبة.
