- بنحط الجبنة فوقها و بنضغط مع بعضهم بسدر اصغر.
- بعدين على نار الغاز لازم تحركي السدر بشكل مستمر لحتى تصبح اطرف بلون اشقر أو اذا انك حابه بفرن على درجه حراره 180 لنص ساعة تقريبا لحتى يصير جنب الكنافه اشقر.
- بنجيب سدار اكبر وبقلبها وبنرش فستق حلبي و وبنصب القطر.
- و صحة وعافيه.
