  3. ثم نضعها على الغاز من فوق مع التحريك المستمر لمدة خمس دقايق ليتغير لون الحواف بنعرف انها اتحمرت من تحت.
  4. ثم ندخلها الفرن لتتحمر من فوق يعني بنولع الفرن بس من فوق لنحمرها من فوق.
  5. نخرجها عندما تاخذ لون اشقر و نضع عليها الموزريلا ثم ندخلها دقيقة لتذوب الجبنه و نخرجها و نضع القشطة و نوزعها جيدا ثم نفرد باقي عجينة الكنافة و نضغط عليها قليلا بلمعلقة و ندخلها للفرن لتستوي و تاخذ اللون الاشقر المميز.
  6. عندما نحصل على اللون المثالي نخرجها و هي ياخنة مباشرة نضع القطر ثم نزينها بلفستق الحلبي و صحتين و الف عافية.
  7. لتحضير القطر: كوب سكر و نص كوب ماء و ملعقة صغيرة عصير ليمون و ملعقة ماء زهر او ورد نخلطها على النار ونترك الخليط يغلي حتى يثقل.
