  1. يسلق حمص الشام بعد غسله بالماء جيداً وينقع بماء ساخن لمده نصف ساعة حتى نسرع من طهيه نضع جزء من كل التوابل اللي ذكرت..
  2. تسلق المعكرونه بماء وملح فقط ثم يصفى.
  3. تحمر الشعيرية في الزيت ونضيف الأرز المغسول على الشعيرية ونضيف الملح والماء الساخن حتى يتبخر ثم نضيف المعكرونه المسلوقه ويتبخر على نار هادئة حتى ينضج..
  4. حله على النار نضع بها العدس المغسول ونضيف الملح والماء والبصل والثوم وجزء من التوابل المذكوره في المقادير حتى تمام النضج..
  5. حله جديده نضع الصلصة والطماطم وباقي التوابل ونصف لتر ماء مغلي ويترك على النار ونضيف عليها ملعقة كبيره زيت نباتي لمده ربع ساعة فقط..
  6. ودا الشكل النهائي وبالهنا.
