  2. نشوي اللحم على الشواية او داخل الفرن حتي ينضج اللحم و من ثم ينزع من الاسياخ مباشرة و يوضع جانبا و يغطى بورق القصدير حتى يبقى طريا.
  3. في هذه الأثناء نضع القليل من الزبدة و الزيت النباتي في قدر على النار و نضع الرز المنقوع بعد إزالة الماء ثم نضيف الزعفران مع الهيل و الملح و نضيف الماء المغلي إلى مستوى أعلى من مستوى الماء بمقدار ٢سم..
  4. نترك الماء يغلي مع الرز إلى أن يقل مستوى الماء قليلا ثم نترك الرز ينضج على نار هادئة مدة نصف ساعة تقريبا.
  5. بعد الاستواء نحضر قطعة فحم ملتهبة داخل صحن صغير و نضعها داخل قدر الرز و نضع عليها القليل من الزيت و نغلق القدر حتى يأخذ الأرز نكهة الشواء...
  6. في طبق التقديم نضع الأرز و نضع فوقه الكباب ثم نزين بحبوب الرمان المجففة و المقلية مسبقا و يقدم بجانبه سلطة اللبن و النعناع و الثوم...
