  1. غسل الدجاج جيدا بالملح و الخل و الليمون عدة مرات للحصول على دجاج نقي بدون رائحة.
  2. ثم نقوم بسلقه في الماء و نضع فيه ورق الرند و ملعقة صغيرة زنجبيل و نضع فصين ثوم و بصلة مقطعة على اربع قطع و جزر مقطع و عود قرفة (يوضع مدة دقيقة) و كيس من مرق الدجاج و نترك الدجاج يطهى نصف طبخة ثم نصفيه في المصفات.
  3. و لتحضير التتبيلة نضع 2 بيضات و رشة بودرة الثوم و 2 معالق كبيرة ياغورت طبيعي وربع ملعقة صغيرة ثوم و بصل و رشة كمون و ملح (حسب الذوق) و رشة من جوز الطيب و ربع ملعقة فلفل اسود وفلفل احمر و كركم (حسب الذوق) نخلطهم جيدا مع 2 معالق فرينة و الماء حتى نحصل على عجينة مثل البانكيك (ليست خفيفة و ليست ثقيلة) نضع الدجاج في هذا الخليط لمدة لا تقل عن نصف ساعة أو أكثر (و يجب ان يكون باردا).
  4. نضع كأس و نصف من الخبز المحمص المطحون مع نصف كأس ميزينة و رشة ملح و رشة فلفل اسود ثم نخرج الدجاج من التتبيلة إلى خليط الخبز المحمص و الميزينة و نضغظ علية جيدا.
  5. و نقليه في الزيت ساخن على نار هادئة.
  6. و كنصيحة أخيرة اضافة الكركم لأي وصفة يحافظ على سلامة الجسم من السرطان عفانا الله و عفاكم.
