  3. ندهن يدي بشوي زيت ونخبط العجينة من تحت لفوق مدة 3 دقاقئق حتى ترجع اكثر طراوة وملساء نغطيها ونتؤكها ترتاح للمرة الثانية لمدة 10د.
  4. نقسم العجينة تاعي على حسب القرصات لي حابة نعملهم ونفتحهم بالسميد الرطب باه ميتلصقش معانا ونشكل بشكل دائري.
  5. ونقسم القرصة الى نصفين.
  6. او اربعة انصاف خاطر ولادي ميقدروش ياكلو سوندويش كبير😂😂.
  7. نزيد نغطيهم بفوكة ونخليهم يعاودو يخامرو للمرة الثالثة وندخلهم للفرن لما يطيبو من تحت نشعللهم من فوق باه ياخذو اللون الذهبي ولما نخرجهم من الفرن مباشرة نغطيهم بفوطة مبللة ومعصورة مليح باه يطراو.
  8. نقلي لبصل في الزيت لما يذبل نضيف قطع الدجاج بشكل مكعبات صغيرة ونضيف التوابل والخردل ونتركهم يطيبو.
  9. ندهن السوندويشات بالصلصة المعتمدة عندي وبي متكونة من مايوناز وكاتشيب وهريسة ونحط الخص والبطاطا والدجاج والطماطم وشوي مايوناز.
  10. ونقدمهم بالصحة والعافية.
