- 2-في وعاء آخر يوضع الدقيق مع الحليب والزيت وتفرك جيدا بواسطة اليد..
- يتم خلط الملح والخميرة الكيميائية مع خليط الماء والسكر والخميرة وتحرك جيدا..
- يتم وضع خليط الدقيق والحليب والزيت إلى الخليط السابق بالتدريج وتعجن جيدا وتترك لترتاح مدة نصف ساعة..
- بعد نصف ساعة يتم فرد العجينة على سطح مرشوش بالدقيق بشكل مستطيل وتوضع بها الزبدة والسكر والقرفة..
- تلف العجينة على شكل اسطواني وتقطع إلى دوائر بواسطة السكين..
- تترك لترتاح 5 دقائق ثم توضع في الفرن على أعلى درجة حرارة حتى تأخذ لوناً ذهبيا..
- بعد خروجها من الفرن مباشرة يتم وضعها في طبق آخر وتسقى بالحليب المكثف المحلى..
