  3. نضع الدجاج ونقلب حتى يتغير لونه وياخد لون على الجلد واذا لحمه الين يتغير لونها برضو.
  4. نضع الكمون والهيل ونقلب ونضع الماء حتى تغمر الدجاج ونتركه الى ان ينضج ثم نرفع الدجاج في صينية فرن واذا حابه ياخذ لون احمر ممكن تدهني الوجه بزيت او صلصه طماطم وتحطي بهارات وممكن بدون تدخليه على الفرن على طول الى ان يتحمر.
  5. نضع الملح في المرق ونقلب ونضع الارز واذا احتجنا لزيادة الماء نزيد ونغطيه على نار عاليه 10 د وعندما يبدا بتشرب الماء نعمل حفره ونضع الزبيب والجز ونغطيه وفي حفره تانيه نضع الثوم ونتركه على نار هاديه حتى ينضضج الرز براحته ونقفل النار نتركه يرتاح ونقدمه وبالعافيه.
