  4. في نفس الحله بتاعه العدس نعمل الصلصة نضع الزيت ونصف كميه الثوم نشوحهم يبقى لونهم ذهبي نضع ملعقتين خل ونضع ثلث اربع عصير الطماطم نضع الملح والفلفل والكمون ومكعب مرق ونتركه يغلي.
  5. نعمل الأرز في حله نضع زيت وبصله مفرومه صغير ونشوحها شويه وبعدين نضع الشعيرية تحمر مع البصله ثم نضع الأرز والملح والكمون ونشوحهم ثم نضع العدس بالماء وتزود ماء حسب الاحتياج ونتركه يغلي ثم نهدي النار عليها تستوي.
  6. في طاسه نضع زيت وناخد البصل نضع عليه شوه ملح ودقيق ونحمره لحد مايبقى لونه ذهبي غامق ونطلعه على مناديل المطبخ.
  7. الحمص نرجعله نكمل تسويه الحمص مش هياخد وقت بعد النقع يستوي نحص ملح وكمون وباقي عصير الطماطم يغلي غلوتين ونغلق النار عليه.
  8. الدقه في طاسه صغيرة فيها ملعقه زيت على نار هادئة جداً ونحط باقي الثوم يطلع ريحه نحط 5ملاعق خل ونزوده بميه الحمص ونحط كمون وشطه ولو محتاج ملح.
  9. نبتدي نقدمه في طبق نضع الأرز ثم المعكرونه ثم الصلصة والتقليه والحمص الحب ويقدم.
