  4. تاني خطوه هجيب البرطمان بعد ٢٤ ساعة افتحه واسكب الخميره اللي فيه في بوله واضع عليهم كوبان دقيق.
  5. احط (الدقيق والكركم والمحلب والسكر ونص كوب السمن والنص الباقي هحطه في اخر العجن).
  6. ثالث خطوه بعد ماتخمر العجين اجيبه واحطه في بوله كبيره عشان هبدء اضيف المكونات الباقه.
  7. بعد ما حط كل المكونات هبدء في اضافه اللبن واحده واحده واعجن لحد ماتلم العجين معي اضيف باقي كوب السمن واغطيها ٣ ساعات لحين التخمر.
  8. وبعد ما تخمرت ابدء اخد م العجين واكور شبه القرص في الصاج كلهم واغطيهم واتركهم لحد ماكله يخمر وينفش واحطها في الفرن.
  9. وبعد ما اخرجها م الفرن اسيبها لتاني يوم لحد ماتبرد خالص وابدء اقطعها وارجعها في الصاج كلهم.
  10. وادخلهم الفرن تتحمص واوطي خالص عليهم لحد ماحس انها نشفت واتحمصت كويس وبالف هنا.
