2. في نفس الطاسه مكان البصل نضع الفلفل والكوسه والطماطم تتشوح إلى أن تذبل ثم ترفع من على النار ثم نضيف عليهم مكعبات البطاطس والبصله والخضره..
3. في وعاء عميق نقوم بوضع الدقيق وننزل عليه بالمكونات الجافه ملح وفلفل وبهارات وبيكنج بودر يخلطو جيداً..
4. ثم نقوم بضرب البيض واللبن وننزل عليهم بخليط الدقيق ويقلب حتى يمتزج جيداً ثم نضيف الخضروات وتقلب..
5. في صينيه مدهونه زيت وعليها رشه دقيق نضع الخليط في فرن سابق تسخينه على درجه حراره 180لمده نصف ساعة تقريباً..
6. وبالهنا والشفا تقدم مع بطاطس محمره أو باذنجان مخلل أنا مصوره السفره كلها 😋😋.
