- في طاسه تيفال او صينيه تيفال على النار او جريل نسخنها جيدا ونفرد البرجر بين كيسين بلاستيك بسمك ١/٢سم ثم نقطع بقطاعه حسب الرغبه لكن يؤخذ في الاعتبار ان قطعه البرجر حجمها بيقل اثناء الشوي يعني لو عاوزين مقاس معين نستخدم قطاعه اكبر ونضعه على الشوايه وعندما يشوي نقلبه على الجهه التانيه حتى ينتهي المقدار.
- في طاسه على النار نضع معلقتين زيت ونضع حوالي كوب مشروم مقطع شرائح وعليه رشه فلفل اسود ومعلقه صغيره توم بودر ورشه ملح ويقلب لدقيقة ونطفي النار.
- نقطع الخبز نضع الصوص وبعدين الخس والبرجر وعليه الجبن الشيدر وفوقه معلقه كبيره من المشروم والبصل والطماطم ويقدم بجانب بطاطس محمره مقرمشه وحاجه ساقعه وبالهنا😘.
