- نسلق اللوز ويقشر ويقطع ويقى في الزيت ثم نضع الزبيب والصنوبر ونقلب تقليبه بسيطه ونطفئ النار..
- نسلق البيض ونقطعه إلى نصفين ونقطع الخيار شرائح..
- نسكب الرز والدجاج ويزين بالبيض والخيار والمكسرات وبالعفيه.😇.
