  1. ملاحظة : الرز يغسل و يصفي وقت الطبخ (يعني ما يتنقع) ونحتاج قدر ذو طبقتين مصمم خصيصا لطبخ المندي و البخاري.
  2. الصورة المعروضه تبين اللحم مغسول و البهارات الصحيحه و التتبيلة.
  3. لعمل التتبيلة نخلط ملعقتين زيت وزعفران وخل وليمون وملعقة ١ ملح و الكمون و الكركم (الصورة) 👇.
  4. ندهن اللحم باللتتبيلة بفرشاة الطبخ 👇.
  5. نسلق بيض الفرن و نتركه جانباً للتزيين وقت التقديم.
  6. نسخن الزيت و نضيف الهيل و الفلفل الاسود الحب و الدارسين لمدة ٢٠ ثانية ليعطي الزيت نكهة البهارات 👇ثم نضيف اللحم يتشوح لعدة دقائق و نرفعه من الزيت ونضعه بالطبقة العليا في قدر المندي.
  7. بنفس الزيت نضيف البصل و نحمر لغاية ما يعطينا البصل اللون الاشقر الذهبي ثم نضيف كوب الماء المغلي.
  8. نركب الطبقه العلويه (اللي فيها اللحمة) و نترك لمدة ساعه او لحين نضج اللحم 👇 (مع احكام اغلاق القدر و عدم فتحه كل شوية) 😂.
  9. نغسل الرز و نصفيه ثم نضيفه للطبقة السفلية ونضيف زيت اذا احتاج و ملح و الماء الفاتر (مش مغلي) ونضع الطبقة العلوية و نترك لمدة ١٥ دقيقة او لحين نضج حبة الرز.
  10. بعد نضج الرز نخفف حرارة النار لاقل درجة ونترك لمدة ٣٥ الى ٤٠ دقيقة (طبعاً جميع الطبقات مرصوصة فوق بعض) 👌 😋.
  11. في صينية التقديم نضع الرز اولاً ثم اللحم و البيض للزينه (اختياري).
