  1. وضع اللحم في جدر الضغط لمدة ساعة مع وضع ملعقة الملح و القرفة والهيل والدارسين..
  2. تنقيع الرز نص ساعة بعد غسله ونظيفه وتنقيع الزعفران بماء الورد مع ملعقة لون الزعفران.
  3. تقطيع البصل والطماطم والثوم قطع صغيرة او فرمها في محضرة الطعام.
  4. اخذ قدر ووضع زيت على النار ووضع البصل والطماطم والثوم وتحريكه لمدة 10 دقائق ووضع عليه مكعب ماجي..
  5. إزالة الماء من الرز ووضع الرز في القدر وتحريكه لمدة دقيقة..
  6. بعد أن يكون قد أخذ اللحم ساعة في الطبخ فتح قدر الضغط واخذ ماء اللحم ووضعه على الرز بمقدار الرز.
  7. وضع الرز على نار متوسطة لمدة 20 دقيقة وبالتالي على نار هادئة حتى ينشف الماء لمدة 10 دقائق ووضع عليه ماء الورد المنقوع.
  8. ممكن وضع فحمه في فنجان به زيت لمن يحب تبخير الرز وممكن أيضا وضع اللحم يتحمر في الفرن..
  9. واخيرا عمل الصوص او الدقوس وضع جميع المكونات في خلاط العصير وبالتالي وضعها على النار لمدة ربع ساعة و بالعافية.
