  1. يخلط البصل مع الدقيق ويحمر في الزيت مع التقليب حتى يصبح لونه ذهبي ومقرمش يصفي على مناشف ورقيه يغسل العدس جيداً ويسلق في ماء مضاف إليه 2ملعقة من زيت تحمير البصل وملح وكمون ويترك حتى ينضج.
  2. يصفي العدس ونترك ماء السلق جانباً لتسويه الأرز في إناء على النار نضع 2ملعقة من زيت تحمير البصل ونحمر الشعرية حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون ثم نضع الأرز وماء سلق العدس ويترك حتى يتشرب ونخفض النار ونتركه حتى تمام النضج.
  3. نسلق المكرونة ونصفيها ونضيف لها 2 ملعقه زيت تحمير البصل.
  4. لعمل الصلصه: نضع 2 ملعقه زيت تحمير البصل والثوم المفروم يتشوح وننزل بالخل وعصير الطماطم والصلصه ونتبلها ونتركها تتسبك.
  5. لعمل الدقه: نشوح الثوم في معلقة زيت تحمير البصل ثم نضع الخل والماء والملح والشطه ونتركه يغلي دقيقة واحده.
  6. لعمل الشطه: نضع الزيت يسخن ثم ننزل بالشطه ثم نضع الماء بحرص ونتركهم يغلو دقيقتان ثم نضع الصلصه وتقدم لتقديم الكشري: يوضع الأرز ثم المكرونة ثم العدس ثم الصلصه وعلي الوجه يوضع البصل والحمص ويقدم مع الدقه والشطه وبالهناء والشفاء.
