- نخرج الدجاج من الثلاجة ونضعه على أسياخ الشيش طاوق مع الخضار المقطع.
- بعد الإنتهاء من الكمية الموجودة ، نسخن الجريل جيداً ونرص عليه أسياخ الدجاج ثم نقلبها حتى تنضج تماما ونقدمها مع طحينة والبطاطس المقلية وبألف هنا.
