  1. ننضف السمكات ونخرج بطن السمك ونغسلها جيدة حتى تصبح بيضاء اللون بعدها نملحها من الداخل والخارج ونقوم برش الكركم والكزبرة قليلا ايضآ من الداخل والخارج.
  2. ونتركها نصف ساعة نضع مقلاة النار ونصب الزيت النباتي حتى يسخن نضع السمك ونحمره وبعد ربع ساعة نضعه على الوجه الثاني حتى يصبح لونه ذهبي نرفعه من النار.
  3. ونقلبه مع البصل حتى يحمر قليلا نضع الكشمش والنومي بصرة المكسر ورشة كركم وبهار مشكل وهيل مطحون وكمون وملح ونقلبهم جميعا حتى تضهر ريحة البهارات والمكونات جميعا نطفى النار ويترك.
  4. في نفس المقلاة والزيت نضع البصل على شكل دوائر رقيقه ونقلبها مع زيت على نار متوسطه ورشة ملح حتى يصبح لون البصل ذهبي نضع اللوز المقشر.
  5. ثم نضع الماء والملح ونتركه مع اول غليه نضع الرز ونتركه حتى ينضج ثم نضع الحشوة ونخلطها جيدآ وبعدها السمك ونتركه على نار هادئه جدا لمده 15 دقيقة.صحة وهنا.
  6. نغسل الزر جيدآ نضع الزيت في قدر على النار ونضع نصف هذه البهارات المذكورة ونشوحها بالزيت حتى تضهر روائح البهارات.
